The Central Railroad of New Jersey was the only railroad to operate the double-cab, reversible version of Baldwin's 2000-horsepower DRX 6-4-2000. Six of these units were built in 1946-48. This view of unit 2001 is a Jersey Central publicity photo provided by the railroad's passenger department around 1952.
