Frisco "Russian" Decapod No. 1628 appears here at Enid, Oklahoma on June 16, 1938, in an image furnished by Donna Harrison-Rodeghiero from her collection. The responsible photographer is not credited. These 2-10-0s mustered 51,490 pounds of tractive effort and weighed 210,000 pounds minus tender. Their grate area measured about 64½ square feet, their evaporative heating surface 2610 square feet, and their superheater surface 579 square feet; for other specifications see the preceding page for No. 1621. No. 1628, outshopped by Baldwin in 1918, was leased for a time by Frisco subsidiary Quanah, Acme & Pacific.
