Baltimore & Ohio 4-6-2 No. 5305, the former President Jackson, was rebuilt to class P-7c in 1944 along with three sisters. Their boilers were remounted on solid-steel engine beds with integrally cast cylinders (see the following page for No. 5314). Members of the P-7c group had 3643 square feet of evaporative heating surface and weighed 333,500 pounds, but most other dimensions differed little from those of the general P-7 class as specified for No. 5304 previous. This image of No. 5305 came via Edward Lorence, but no data regarding date, location, or photographer is forthcoming. This locomotive was renumbered to 105 in 1957, but was retired the same year.
