At Chenoa, we cross the Toledo, Peoria & Western; note the interlocking tower on the right. The depot, at left just beyond the diamond, was not a stop for the GM&O at this time. However, it saw service briefly (1980-81) when Amtrak ran the Prairie Marksman, using the then-Illinois Central Gulf from Chicago to Chenoa and the TP&W to the Peoria area. Regrettably, it was town down in 2010. (The photo is out of focus, but this was too important a scene to omit.)
