Illinois Central EMD SW7 9310 switches the Bloomington, Illinois yard in August 1956 as two of my teenage friends stroll by. Electro-Motive Division delivered it in 1950. In 1957 it was renumbered 1210, and in 1979 to Illinois Central Gulf 1420. It may later have been rebuilt into an SW14, as were others in its group.
