Canadian National 4-6-2 No. 5078 appears here in a photo my brother David took at Stratford, Ontario on September 5, 1958. She belonged to class J-3-b, built by Montreal Locomotive Works in 1913 for CNR predecessor Grand Trunk Railway. These engines had 69-inch drivers, 22x28-inch cylinders, and a boiler pressure of 185 pounds. They put out 34,000 pounds of tractive effort and weighed 226,000 pounds.
